Hand guns you’ll need a separate hand gun permit. It’s not hard to full these steps. A normal gun owner follows all the laws and is lawful.
Sure you can buy a gun at Walmart, it really depends on the state you live in. Most people who would buy guns at Walmart are hunters. So don’t assume that everyone who owns a gun is evil.
