I have very strong feelings about this show, and feel kinda sad that an entire generation has missed out on it. THUS I made this really crap-ass fake powerpoint to spread the word about Darkwing. WATCH THIS CARTOON IT IS FANTASTIC.
Tiny addition: THERE ARE COMICS, TOO! From 2010 to 2011, the series had been revived in comic form, thanks to Boom Studios obtaining the license. They basically pick up where the show left off, and are just as great as ever. If you’re wary about collecting individual issues, worry not: they’ve collected them into four graphic novels, each covering a single story arc.

WATCH THIS SHOW AND READ THE COMICS I cannot stress to you all how wonderful it is. It is campy hilarious superhero action at its best. Because it IS a superhero show while also very consciously being a SEND-UP of superhero tropes and just. Also DW and Gosalyn’s relationship is really just superb I will never be over how perfect they are together. Also PS the comics’ huge main focus is on just how much of a jackass Darkwing truly is and him learning to not be as much of an egotistical jerk who always pushes people away. It’s all just beautiful stuff.
