In corporate news, the Fallout 4 season pass will get $20 more expensive come March 1st, 2016 (from $29.99 to $49.99). Existing season pass holders and those who buy it before that date won’t have to pay a dime more.
As for Far Harbor?

Very important for those who can’t wait to see more of the Commonwealth and beyond! Do note the price thing and grab the Season Pass now unless you intend to wait until who-knows-how-many-years down the line to get a complete “ultimate” package of Fallout 4!
